This picture shows installation of EZ flow drainage system around the perimeter of a recent custom home in Sisters, Oregon. After the walls are poured full of concrete, primer is applied to the footing and ICF wall. Next, Blueskin waterproofing is fixed to the wall and down the footing. The drainage pipe consists of 4 inch perforated pipe surrounded by styrofoam peanuts contained by plastic mesh. This product provides a path of least resistance for excess water to drain away from the home. A bed of drain rock around the pipe helps with water drainage to the foundation drain.Aug 12, 2008
