ICF Basement Sisters

This is a picture of the the ICF basement we are constructing outside of Sisters. Insulated Concrete Forms are an excellent, economical application for daylight basement scenarios.

Header beam being installed

The Header Beam for the hangar door has been delivered. 8 3/4" X 56 " X 46 feet long

Framing is progressing and the septic system is being installed. The winter weather is still holding on producing some cold days in May. I will update as framing continues.

Sisters Custom airplane hangar/apartmnet

We have broken ground on our next project. The picture above is the foundation work for the Airplane hangar/apartment that we are constructing at 69131 Barclay Lane in Sisters. The project consistes of a 2000 square foot airplane hangar with attached 1000 square foot high efficiency apartment. The project will be certified through Earth Advantage. I will update progress regularly.
